A long time ago human beings lived high up in what is now called heaven. They had a great and illustrious chief.
It so happened that this chief’s daughter was taken very ill with a strange affliction. All the people were very anxious as to the outcome of her illness. Every known remedy was tried in an attempt to cure her, but none had any effect….

Oh it’s nothing. Something about a very early viking or pre-viking firepit with some rather um… interesting bones in it that some ancient bone specialists were attempting to identify. Some of the locals were telling the scientists you had something to do with it all as in their old stories connect you control both magic and fire. Like I said, I took care of it. I even avoided all the hoopla of cursed ground. I convinced them that what they had was a very young mammoth skull with a very odd and prevalent genetic deformity.
